Whether you’re a practicing RN, BSN or a college graduate from another field, we have a degree path for you. If you’re a registered nurse, you’ll complete a three-year program of advanced practice and doctoral coursework. If you hold a bachelor’s degree in another field, the Advanced Practice Nursing Immersion (APNI) DNP path offers a direct-entry, four-year program. In your first year, you’ll focus on prelicensure coursework and preparation for the NCLEX-RN exam, followed by advanced practice and doctoral studies in years two through four.
ANCC and ACCN Certification Exams
Graduates of the DNP are eligible to sit for both the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and American Association of Critical Care Nurses (ACCN) certification exams.
